TheoryTwelve is a marketing agency with a focus on campaigns for new products or new business launches. Our goal is to see small businesses outperform their big-business competitors, and we are the catalyst to make that happen.

Our goal at TheoryTwelve is to provide quality marketing and messaging for small businesses without requiring long-term contracts. The philosophy behind our success is that consistent messaging is key. Messaging isn’t just the text bits that consumers read, but it’s the visuals and flow in concert together.

With that being said, we’re looking to hire a commission-only business development professional. Remote opportunities are available for this position.

A Little About Success

What does success look like? Glad you asked.

We’re looking for someone who loves making small businesses, their owners, culture, employees, etc. the hero of their success. It’s not TheoryTwelve’s success.
If you want to be successful, then you need to have a strong work ethic and time management skills. We’re all big boys and girls, and it’s expected that you understand and act like it.
Finally, you need to be internally motivated to be successful in this role. No one is going to kick your chair out from under you and force you to work. That has to come from the inside.

A Little About The Job

So, if you’re still here, I’ll get into what you’ll be doing.

Understand what businesses need, not simply what they say they need. They’re relying on you to be the expert.
Know what motivates people’s buying decisions.
Spend time networking and building relationships with businesses in the community. This should be both online and offline models.
Be able to describe the process for developing messaging and marketing strategies.

This is a contracted position, with commission-only pay. Even though we have a generous commission percentage, it’s on you to get out there and make it happen.
